Rajib Das is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Lexington Park Group and leads the firm’s Investment Banking and Principal Investments practice. Mr. Das has successfully led over $8 billion in capital raising transactions and over $10 billion in private equity, principal investment and advisory transactions across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
Prior to founding Lexington Park Group, Mr. Das was a Managing Director at Dubai International Capital, a private equity firm with over $11 billion in assets under management. Mr. Das led investments and managed portfolio investments across the Middle East, North Africa, India and Southeast Asia. Previously, Mr. Das founded the Private Equity practice at BroadStreet Group, served as the firm’s Chief Investment Officer for the firm’s private equity investments and was a Member of the Executive and Investment Committees. He led the firm’s investments practice focused on special opportunities in the United States, Asia and Europe. His investments ranged from growth capital in emerging markets to distressed and restructuring opportunities. Mr. Das also led the firm’s interactions with regulatory and governing bodies in the US, UK, India, Bermuda and Singapore.
At UBS Investment Bank, Mr. Das was an Executive Director and founding member of the team recruited to develop Structured Product and Special Opportunities business at the Bank. As an Executive Director he was responsible for leading the bank’s cross-border investments, financing and hybrid capital practice out of New York and London. His transactions included “First Ever” cross-border, tax and regulatory efficient, hybrid capital, funding and investment structures for financial services, technology and energy majors in the US, Europe and Asia. Mr. Das started his career at Merrill Lynch where he was a Vice President at the Investment Bank
Mr. Das received a B.A. degree, cum laude, in Economics from Cornell University and is registered with FINRA. He is also a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE).
As Managing Director and Head of Business Development at Lexington Park Group, Ms. Gammon is responsible for capital raising and investor relations. Ms. Gammon has over thirty years of experience in investment management and business development. Prior to joining Lexington Park in 2010 she was Director of Institutional Business Development at Salient Partners, a wealth management firm in Houston, TX. Previously, she was Director of Marketing and Investor Relations for Bass Brothers -Talek Investments, LLP, with responsibility for marketing and investor relations for the firm’s multiple strategy hedge funds. At The Blackstone Group she was Vice President and shared responsibility for the management of both focused and multiple strategies funds of hedge funds of the Blackstone Alternative Asset Management. She was also a member of Blackstone Alternative Asset Management Advisory Board.
She began her career as Director of Investments/Capital Markets Group at the Yale University Endowment, where she managed the University’s bond, internal equity and other direct investment portfolios, the security lending program, taxable and tax-exempt borrowing, bank custody, and equity trading. She has also been a member of the board of several banks, savings and loans, and mutual funds.
She is a CFA charter holder and registered with FINRA. She received her B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of 100 Women in Hedge Funds.
